Vatrushki | Russian Chef | Russian Cuisine



Singular: vatruska.
Like them with tea or coffee))).
  • Frozen bread (yeast) dough;
  • 1 egg for 150 g curd;
  • sugar;
  • vanilla.
Mash curd. Mix it with sugar, egg and vanilla.
Make dough balls. Put them on a oiled baking tray. Take cup and push balls. You should get flat balls with the hollow. Put in this hollow curd.
Bake for about 15 min (middle fire).

    i na russian restaurant in berlin i saw a dish named "Scharkoje". but i can not find a recipe for the dish.

    it is made of:

    lamb with onion, kidney beans, zucchini,
    aubergines and potatoes, served in a pot
    with cap from leavened drought, backed in oven

    I've posted today a traditional recipe of chicken Scharkoje. You can follow it but change chicken to lamb and carrot to zucchini and aubergines.)) Good luck!))
